Integrity, ethics and compliance guidelines that guide Endro's conduct.
Endro LTDA conducts its activities with integrity, transparency and respect for applicable laws. This document summarizes the principles and commitments that guide our relationships with clients, partners, employees and society.
1. Principles of conduct
- Act with ethics, integrity and respect in all relationships;
- Comply with applicable legislation, including LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and the Anti-Corruption Law (Law 12.846/2013);
- Refuse any form of fraud, corruption, discrimination, harassment or conflict of interest.
2. Anti-corruption
Endro prohibits any act of corruption, bribery or undue advantage, whether directly or through third parties. All employees and partners must act in accordance with Law 12.846/2013 and equivalent principles.
3. Conflict of interest
Employees and partners must declare any situation that may constitute a conflict between personal interests and Endro's interests.
4. Whistleblowing channel
Endro maintains a confidential channel for reports of conduct contrary to this document, to legislation or to the company's values. All reports are treated with confidentiality and without retaliation. Contact:contato@endro.com.br.
5. Third parties and suppliers
Endro seeks to contract third parties aligned with these principles and may carry out integrity checks (due diligence) before and during the commercial relationship.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data follows LGPD and Endro's Privacy Policy. Employees with access to data receive specific guidance on confidentiality and security.
7. Training and awareness
Endro promotes periodic training and communication actions on ethics, compliance and data protection, reaching relevant employees and partners.
8. Consequences
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary measures, contractual termination and, where applicable, civil and criminal liability.
