Information to protect you from fraud attempts that use the Endro name.

Important:Endro never requests payments, banking details, passwords or tokens through unsolicited messages. Charges are made exclusively by credit card, via Asaas.

Our name and brands may be misused in scams carried out by third parties. Below are the warning signs and how to act if you identify a fraud attempt.

Reinforcement: Endro does not accept PIX, boleto, transfer or cryptocurrencies in the name of its platforms. All official charges are made by credit card, via Asaas.

1. Warning signs

Messages asking for immediate payment via PIX, boleto, transfer or any method other than credit card;
Boletos, links or QR Codes not tied to a formal contract signed with Endro;
Profiles, emails or phone numbers that are not listed on Endro's official channels;
Urgent requests for password, token, verification code or card data.

2. Official channels

Institutional website: endro.com.br;
Emails always from the @endro.com.br domain;
Official WhatsApp: +55 (41) 99739-2615;
Charges only by credit card, processed by Asaas.

3. How to protect yourself

Always confirm the sender and check if the contact comes from an official @endro.com.br domain;
Never share passwords, access tokens or full card data by message;
If in doubt, contact us directly through official channels before taking any action;
Be suspicious of charges outside Asaas and payments via PIX, boleto or transfer.

4. Fake boletos, PIX and links

Endro does not send boletos, PIX codes or payment links by email, WhatsApp or SMS. All legitimate charges are made by credit card through Asaas. When receiving communications with these formats in Endro's name, consider them potential fraud.

5. How to report

If you identified or were a victim of a fraud attempt using the Endro name, send the details tocontato@endro.com.br and, if applicable, file a police report with the competent authority.

6. Liability

Endro is not responsible for losses arising from fraud committed by third parties impersonating the company. We reinforce: always confirm the origin of communications and use only official channels.
